Last spring Austin Psych Fest took over the now-defunct Seaholm Power Plant, edging out Jay-Z and Kayne’s SXSW performance as the final event of the venue’s short tenure. This year the music and multimedia festival is heading east side, spaning both Emo’s East and the brand new Beauty Ballroom April 27-29th. The Reverbnation Appreciation Society and the Black Angels have compiled another monstrous lineup as 90’s psych-revivalists Brian Jonestown Massacre headline alongside The Black Lips, with an additional 20+ bands to be announced in March.
